Marloth Nature Reserve is hidden in the folds of the magnificent Swellendam mountains. Fynbos covered slopes and patches of tranquil forests of ancient trees complete with waterfalls, mountain rock pools are home to baboons, buck and other small animals, a leopard that you’re not likely to see and countless bird species that you most certainly will.
Go picnicking; walk, hike, cycle or horse ride through the reserve; or spend the night at Bushbuck cottage.
