This is where partners, Jacqueline and Brenda, are living their dream of having a lifestyle that is in harmony with nature; breeding their horses, growing their own food, teaching their grand children the values of perma culture, recycling and taking care of animals and the environment with love and respect and, of course, making delectable goats milk cheese.
Alpine Organic Goats Cheese is a peasant style goat’s cheese that Jacqueline makes every day from 100% goat’s milk. The milk comes straight from milking the goats into the cheese vat. The cheese is available in plain, oak smoked, herb and olive oil, persian pepper, tomato/ chilli, touareg chilli, basil, oregano, garlic and our new wasabi.
